In DCS we use a mixture of national curriculum and curriculum from the United States and United Kingdom. The curriculum is mixed to be one curriculum that is creative and fits with the growth of Indonesian children.

In order for students graduating from DCS to have the 4 characteristics in our vision and mission we will work on these things and apply them in every subject, everyday.

The second characteristic all graduating DCS students will have is an international language. DCS elementary will apply this in:
  • The process of learning using English in all classes, except Mandarin, Indonesian and Javanese.
  • English will be used in these subjects: Religion or Faith, Science, Social Studies, Mathematics, English and Design Technology Arts & Craft.
  • Reading activities in the library with a wonderful book collection that can enhance students knowledge and horizons.

The third characteristic all graduating DCS students will have is creativity. DCS elementary will apply this in:
  • The process of learning creatively through teaching children to use their imaginations and desires for great things. The process of learning will be applied in the classroom in all subjects every day.
  • Starting in design technology students will grow to use their creativity.

The fourth characteristic all graduating DCS students will have skills in information and computer technology.
  • DCS elementary will apply this in computer class and in design technology class.
